 The 2025 Triad Minority & Women’s Business Expo—presented by Total Concepts International, Inc. of Winston-Salem—returns for its 12th year, promising to be its most dynamic event yet! Bigger, Bolder, and More Impactful Than Ever!

For over a decade, this expo has been a premier platform for minority and women-owned businesses across the Triad and North Carolina, offering invaluable networking, business development, and exposure opportunities.

“What sets this expo apart is our ability to evolve with the times while staying committed to creating opportunities for minority and small businesses in the Triad,” says Reginald McCaskill, President and CEO of Maximum Enterprises, Inc.

This adaptability was evident in 2020 when the expo transitioned to a fully virtual event, in 2021 when it expanded to multiple locations, and in 2022 when it spanned three weekends across three cities. In recent years, the event has returned to its one-day in-person format at the Benton Convention Center in Winston-Salem, while continuing to celebrate and uplift minority businesses throughout the year.

This year’s Expo will build on past successes with an even stronger emphasis on empowerment, education, and business growth:

• KidzBiz Vendors: A dedicated section for young entrepreneurs (middle school-aged and younger) showcasing their products and services.
• Youth Entrepreneur Academy (YEA): A hands-on program for high school students eager to learn the fundamentals of business ownership. Students completing the program will have opportunities to vend at the expo and network with industry professionals.
• Rip the Runway Fashion Showcase: A celebration of emerging fashion designers and influencers, adding a creative and stylish element to the event.
• Expanded Business Resources: More workshops, panels, and mentorship opportunities to help entrepreneurs scale and sustain their businesses.

The Friday before the Expo will feature the highly anticipated TMWBE Wealth Building & Empowerment Summit at the Benton Convention Center. This exclusive event will bring together industry leaders, successful entrepreneurs, and business experts for:
